How to Integrate CoreCommerce With ProProfs Live Chat

 

CoreCommerce provides e-commerce services such as store building, shopping cart, and online payment systems, among other things. In case you have a CoreCommerce enabled website, adding ProProfs Chat to your website will further empower you to enhance your customer services.

 

Here's how to integrate ProProfs Live Chat with CoreCommerce:

Step 1: On your ProProfs Live Chat dashboard, go to Settings >> Installation and copy the Live Chat installation code.

Step 2: Login to your CoreCommerce admin panel and go to Design >> Edit HTML/CSS.

Step 3: Select a file for editing (where you want to add the Live Chat code).
