To Change Your ProProfs Live Chat Plan

Step 1: In your Profrofs LiveChat dashboard, click the Profile icon > My Account.

Navigate to My Account

Click the Change Package button

Step 3: You will be redirected to the chat pricing page. Select a plan, and click Upgrade to change your Live Chat plan.
