This article will guide you on how to easily set up 2FA using the Google Authenticator app, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access your ProProfs Chat account.

How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Step 1: Click on your user profile icon and select “My Account.”
Step 2: Go to Security and enable Two Factor Authentication using the toggle button.
Step 3: Once you enable the Two Factor Authentication, click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Install the Google Authenticator app on your Android/iOS device. You’ll get a six-digit security code on the app as you scan the QR code. Enter this code and click Verify.

Step 1: Log in to your ProProfs Chat account.
