To Integrate ProProfs Chat with WhatsApp Business Account

Step 1: In your dashboard, go to Settings in the navbar.

Step 2: Navigate to the “Channels” icon on the left-hand menu, find and click on the “WhatsApp” option from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Turn on the toggle button to enable the integration, and click the “Link Whatsapp Business Account” button to proceed further.

Step 4: A new window will open. Enter the email address and password and click Log in to finalize the integration. 

Step 5:  Once your account is connected, enter the Meta Business ID and click “Verify & Connect.”

Once your account is verified, it’ll be reflected in the list with the status “Active.”
