How to Add Operator(s) to Your Account

 

ProProfs Chat allows you (chat admin) to add chat operators to your team through email invites. This feature enables you to expand your chat support team and provide excellent customer service without the hassle of complicated onboarding processes.

 

You can simply send an email invitation to add a new chat operator using ProProfs Chat. The process is straightforward and efficient, saving you time and effort. Follow the step-by-step guide to see how you can add the chat operator to your ProProfs Chat account.

 

Utilizing the email invite feature in ProProfs Chat lets you:

To Add an Operator

 

Step 1: Go to Operators in the navigation menu,  and click "Invite Operators."

Step 3: Enter the email address and click "Send Invite."

 

 

NOTE: To add multiple chat operators, enter email address followed by a comma.

 

As you click the "Send Invite" button, the recipient will receive an email notification for account activation. Once the recipient(s) submits the registration form, they will be approved as Operator

 

 

You can set the Chat Limit, enable/disable Chat Transcripts and customize other options for the chat operator by clicking on the edit icon.
