How to Install Live Chat on Your Website

By adding ProProfs Live Chat to your website, you can:

In this guide, we'll walk you through two methods of installing Live Chat:
Step 1: Log into your ProProfs Chat Account. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Website. Here, you'll find a code snippet. Copy this code and paste it just before the </body> tag in your web page editor.
Step 2: If you prefer, you can also send these instructions directly to your developers. Simply click on the 'Mail instructions' button.
Step 3: A new window will open. Enter the recipient's name, the subject of the email, and any additional instructions in the message box. Click 'Send' when your message is ready.
Step 1: Log into your ProProfs Chat Account. Click on 'Install Chat' on the dashboard or navigate to Settings > Channels > Website.
Step 2: Choose the 'Install via Google Tag Manager' option.
Step 3: A Google Sign-In popup will appear. Enter your Google Tag Manager (GTM) account details.
Step 4: The installation process will now begin. Once it's completed, you'll see an 'Installed' message.
