To Restore the Deleted Transcripts Vault

Step 2: Restoring Deleted Transcripts & Tickets from the Vault

1. Select between Transcripts or Tickets:

 

In the Transcripts & Tickets section of your dashboard, click on the "Transcripts" or "Tickets" option from the dropdown menu. This selection determines whether you want to restore chat transcripts or support tickets.

 

2.  Specify the Date Range:

 

Utilize the calendar feature to choose a specific date range. This will narrow down the search for deleted transcripts or tickets within that time frame.

 

3.  Choose the Transcripts or Tickets to Restore:

 

Scroll through the list of deleted transcripts or tickets presented in the Vault. Identify the particular transcript or ticket you wish to restore.

 

4. Initiate Restoration:

 

Once you have selected the desired transcript or ticket, click on the "Restore" icon or button associated with it.

 

Once you click the Restore icon, a prompt message will appear to confirm restore the transcript. Click Yes to complete the action.
