How to Access Operator Chat Transcripts
ProProfs Live Chat lets you access transcripts of operators interacting with one another. Operators can chat with each other when they are not working under the same roof, thus providing timely resolution to customer queries.

To access operator chat transcripts:
Step 1: In your Live Chat account,
Navigate to ‘Transcripts’ in the upper menu.
Click on ‘Operator Chat’ on the left panel.
Step 2: Here, you can see a list of operator chats. Click on the magnifier icon under the ‘View’ column to check any conversation.
Step 3: You can use the filter option to access operator-specific discussions by clicking on the dropdown arrow.
