To Integrate ProProfs MailChimp with ProProfs Chat

Step 1: In your ProProfs Chat dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations. Look for Mailchimp in the CRM tab and enable it.

Step 2: In the Mailchimp integration popup window, enter the API key and List ID. Save the changes made.

Your ProProfs Chat contacts will now be synced automatically in your Mailchimp account.

To obtain the API key and Audience ID

Step 1: Log in to your Mailchimp account and click the profile icon and select Account & billing.

Step 2: Navigate to Extras, click the down arrow, and select API keys from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click "Create a key"

Step 4: Enter a name for the API key and click Generate Key.

Step 5: Copy the newly generated API key.

Step 6: In your Mailchimp dashboard, navigate to Audience > All contacts. Look for Settings, click the down arrow, and select "Audience name and defaults."

From here, you'll get the Audience ID.
