How to Create a Bot Using Templates
ProProfs Chat has prebuilt templates for different quick response actions via a bot useful for industry verticals. They are fully customizable. You can pick any of them and modify their flow according to your business requirements.

To create a bot using a template:
1. Go to Bots in the top navigation menu in your ProProfs Chat account.
2. Hover your mouse over the Create New Bot button and select Create Using Templates from the menu.
3. Check out the featured ready-to-use chatbot templates on the templates page. You can also find templates for specific verticals, such as Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing.
Preview a template to get an overview of its conversation flow. Click Use This Template to edit.
The Bot Builder interface will open with the complete structure of the conversation regarding the particular template. You can pick any interaction panel to modify, replace, or remove as per your requirements.
4. To modify or delete an interaction panel, click the three vertical dots or the kebab menu icon and select the appropriate action item.
