How to Enable Language Translation in ProProfs Chat
ProProfs Chat provides a language translation feature to facilitate communication between operators and visitors who speak different languages.
How does the language translation feature work?
When a visitor sends a message to the chat operator in their preferred language, the system automatically translates the message into the operator's default language. Subsequently, the chat operator responds in their default language, and the visitor sees the responses in their preferred language.

To Enable Language Translation
Step 1: Log in to your ProProfs Chat dashboard and navigate to Settings > Advanced > Translation.
