How to Enable Screen Sharing via Zoom in ProProfs Chat
Step 1: Log in to your ProProfs chat account and navigate to Settings > Advanced > Screen Sharing.
Step 2: Enable Zoom Meeting

Enable the Zoom Meeting using the toggle buttons and click the expand button to open the drop-down menu.

Enter the Client ID and Client Secret.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 1: Log in to your Zoom Marketplace account and select “Build App” from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to OAuth app and click “Create.”

Enter the App name.

Select the app type as “Account-level app” and click Create.
Step 4: Inserting OAuth App Credentials

Enter “https://s01.live2support.com//dashboard/zoom_meeting.php” in the form field under “Redirect URL for OAuth” for App Credentials (Development).

Enter “https://s01.live2support.com//dashboard/zoom_meeting.php” in the form field under “Redirect URL for OAuth” for App Credentials (Production).

Enter “https://s01.live2support.com//dashboard/zoom_meeting.php” in the form field under “Add Allow List.”
Step 5: Fill in the required information for your OAuth App and click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 6: Select features if needed and click “Continue.”
Step 7: Click “+Add Scopes,” select “View and manage all user meetings,” and click Done.
Step 8: Click “Activate your App” to finish saving the changes in your app.
Your app will now activate on your account.
How to Share Your Screen via Zoom Meeting
Step 1: In your Chat window, click the down arrow and select Zoom Meeting.
Step 2: Zoom Meeting link will be sent to the customer.
