To Integrate ProProfs Live Chat With PrestaShop

Step 1: Log into ProProfs Live Chat Account. Go to Settings > Channels > Website and copy the ProProfs Live Chat installation code.

Step 2: Download the plug-in application from proprofschat.com/downlaods.

Step 3:  Log into your PrestaShop administrator account. Navigate to Improve > Modules & Services and click on "Upload a Module" to upload the ProProfs Live Chat plugin.  

Step 4: Click on the "Select file" and upload the ProProfs Live Chat plugin for PrestaShop.

Step 5: Navigate to Installed Modules > Configure to edit the module and insert ProProfs Live Chat code.

Step 6: Choose a position to show the ProProfs Live Chat on your store. Paste ProProfs Live Chat code into the text area and click on "Save Settings."
