Step 1: Log into ProProfs Live Chat Account. Go to Settings > Installation. Copy the ProProfs Live Chat Installation code.
Step 2: Log into your Shopify account. Go to Online Store > Themes. Click the More (three-dot menu) button and select "Edit code."
Step 3: Navigate to "theme.liquid." Paste the ProProfs Livechat code after the <body> tag or before the </body> tag in the code editor. Click Save to apply the changes.
