ProProfs Live Chat supports 70+ languages and lets you communicate with your audiences in a language they find convenient. The Language section is where you can manage all the language settings for Live Chat. Add multiple languages, create custom text for pre-chat, post-chat, and offline messages.

Here's how you can access and manage language settings:
Step 1: In your ProProfs Live Chat account,

Click 'Settings'

Select 'Language' on the left panel under the Chat Window section.
Step 2: From here, you can set the language for groups based on their interactions with customers.

Select the 'Group' for which you want to set a particular language. You can go with 'General' if you’re going to change the live chat widget language for every group.
- Click the dropdown arrow and select the preferred language from the list. You can choose from 70+ languages.
Step 3: To make your language settings more appealing, you can select a language and preview it in real-time for your three primary chat options.
