How to Change the Language of Live Chat Widget
ProProfs Live Chat supports 60+ languages and lets you communicate with your audiences in a language they find convenient. The Language section is where you can manage all the language settings for Live Chat. Add multiple languages, and create custom text for pre-chat, post-chat, & offline messages.
Here's how the chat widget will read/look if you change the language to 'French':

Step 1: In your ProProfs Live Chat account,
Select 'Language' on the left panel under the Chat Window section.
Step 2: You can set the language for groups based on customer interactions.
Select the 'Group' for which you want to set a particular language. You can go with 'General' if you want to change the live chat widget language for every group.
- Click the dropdown arrow and select the preferred language from the list. You can choose from 70+ languages.
Step 3: To make your language settings more appealing, you can select a language and preview it in real time for your three primary chat options.
Step 4: Click 'Save' to finalize your language changes.
